Abstract (EN)
In todays world, increasing enviromental problems pose a serious threat to reach remarkable degrees. Therefore, one of the environmental problem that greenhouse gas effect to global warming and urban heat island was evaluated. Greenhouse gas is the one of the enviromantal problems.Global warming and urban heat ısland which occur greenhouse gases are the enviromental problems that are evaluation within scope of this study. Urban surface heat ısland have been evaluated in this study. On the scale of city-building, as a result of the implementation cool roof or green roof, is able to reduce urban heat ısland effect.
