Abstract (EN)

Today in Turkey, one of the main factors necessary for receiving a high level of efficiency in their work emerges as the job satisfaction of employees. For this purpose, it was emphasized to determine the level of relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction by using the five factor personality trait scale and job satisfaction scale. For this purpose, the survey was administered to a total of 122 foundations in Turkey personnel working in different positions in each province and Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation which is established in the county, including 75 men and 47 women. As a result of the analysis; It was found that the sub-dimensions of responsibility, emotional balance and extraversion personality sub-dimensions had meaningless effects compared to 0.05 significance level, these three sub-dimensions did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while the compliance sub-dimension affected job satisfaction positively and lowly, while intelligence / imagination sub-dimension. It was concluded that job satisfaction was negatively affected in a negative way (negative). In the conclusion part, recommendations were made.
