Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to investigate the sources of tolerance for citrus chlorotic dwarf disease (CCDD) caused by Citrus chlorotic dwarf associated virus (CCDaV) which was first appeared and reported in our country. The study was designed to investigate the presence of gene or gene regions related to tolerance to citrus chlorotic dwarf disease in the Clementine mandarin x Minneola tangelo crossing population, which were planted on the Alata Horticultural Research Institute field in 2008. In the study, CCDD simptom scale was formed as a result of field observations on 186 individuals of Clementine x Minneola hybrid. A total of 2806 markers were used for the mapping using DArT-SNP markers. 9 linkage groups were obtained on the linkage maps of Clementine and Minneola. The total length of these groups was found to be 798.70 cM for Clementine and 423.7 cM for Minneola. The total number of markers in the linkage groups was found to be 1536 for Clementine and 1270 for Minneola while the average distance between two markers was 0.51 cM and 0.33 cM for Clementine and Minneola, respectively. It was considered that 15 candidates of QTL locus with LOD ≥ 3 were identified associated with CCDD. All QTLs' were determined in Clementine linkage map on LG2, LG3, LG5, LG6 and LG8.
