Abstract (EN)
Not only the managers but also all people face "stress" which becomes unavoidable in life. Stress is a reaction which is called anger, boredom, anxiety, sadness, tension and is occured when the body is forced by physical and psychological reasons. Reflecting stress from the circle of trade and their results in fact, concern all people over the world, direct or indirect ways. Because, it is known that stress effects the employees in long or short term. For this reason, the efficiency and the productivity of an organization is influenced in a bad way. Thus, scientists of business are interested in the "stress" topic very closely and they research about stress. It is known that, for a business success the role of the manager is very important. Because, in an organization the person who makes the economic and financial resources used effectively and efficiently is the manager. When consider the advantages of the small and medium-size businesses in country economy, it is understood that managers' performance and job satisfaction is very important. So, in this study the relationship of small and medium size business managers' stress degree, performance and job satisfaction was researched. First, literature was examined. Following the literature review, a survey was conducted in order to obtain information about 100 managers' stress degree, performance and job satisfaction. Survey results were classified, codified and analized by using SPSS package programme. One Way ANOVA was used to test research questions. Results showed that, there is a significiant relationship between stress degree and performance and stress degree and job satisfaction and performance and stress degree.
