Abstract (EN)
In this work; some perfluorochemical compounds has been obtained by coupling reactions. There are a lot of medical application field that structures of this compounds were explained whit various spectroscopic methods. Fluorinated compounds, including alkanes, alkenes, aromatics, amines and cyclic, heterocyclic fluorochemicals, are studied as solvents of oxygen. This property has suggested utility of fluorinated solvents as oxygen carriers in artificial blood. It should be noted that the solubility of oxygen in fluorocarbons is more as large as that observed in the hydrocarbons or in water. Perfluorochemicals have been used to transport oxygen in biological system. Perfluorinated compounds can be linked via an amide bond to produce peptide analogues, which could be surfactive and complexing properties.
