Abstract (EN)
The accommodation companies put forward the necessity of the workers? maintaining certain qualities and need a lot of workers in order to carry on their activities and services. The workers, chosen suitably for certain positions, have great importance for the companies to accomplish their deeds. The understanding of management chosen by the company has great responsibility on the selection and management of the workers.
