Abstract (EN)
In our study, the history and veterans of Korean War which is about to forget, are searched and the products into the social memory belong to Turkish Folk Literature, produced after this war, are presented. The oral history, a new understanding discipline, is practiced; and the gained information is considered to the content of our thesis by classifying. These products are epics, elegies and memoirs. The place of Korean War in the communicational and cultural memory is interpreted through time, place and reminding patterns and the modern reflections are presented. Because the method of this study is based on oral history, we had an ınterview with the alive withnesses of Korean War and their children. Interviews are included in our study without any changing. The evaluation of our Works presented was made by taking into consideration the political and social events of this period. In the conglusion part , reflection of Korean War to written and oral Turkish folk literature is evaluated by discussing the ideas we gained at the and of each part.The works and sources that we benefited from are listed into the bibliography.
