Abstract (EN)
This study is to deal with the contingency theory, which is one of the important organization theories and the institutional theory, whose popularity is increasing with the help of the many related-studies realized recently, and also the relationship and the interaction of the configuration, one of the strategic management theories, with these theories. In this context, the aim of this study is to analyse whether the configuration, which has an inclusive qualification in the strategic management theory, takes part in the organization theories.
