Abstract (EN)
Green chemistry is a new philosophical approach that can contribute to sustainable development through the application and extension of its principles. New analytical methodologies have emerged taking into account the rules of the green chemistry approach. In some of these new analytical methodologies, liquid-liquid microextraction, magnetic solid phase microextraction, liquid-liquid microextraction in combination with ultrasonically assisted liquid-liquid microextraction or vortex assisted liquid-liquid microextraction are applied to sample pre-treatment processes in studies to develop a green and organic solvent-free extraction method. Recently, magnetic solid-phase extraction (involving magnetic nano-metal oxides), liquid-liquid microextraction (involving supramolecular solvents) and deep eutectic solvent-based microextraction are among the green sample pre-enrichment technologies popular in the literatures with fast and simple measurement, low volume of organic solvent consumption and high concentration ratio. In magnetic solid-phase microextraction method, magnetic nanoparticles have recently been highly preferred for use in extraction and separation due to their excellent adsorption capacity and chemical properties. In this thesis, extraction of various organic substances from cosmetic products using different microextraction methods (deep eutectic solvent based, magnetic nanoparticle adsorption based, supramolecular solvent based) was carried out. The structure of the synthesized magnetic zeolite nanocomposite was investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray Diffraction Analysis (XRD) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis (EDAX), and their morphology was investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). In addition, the structure of the deep eutectic solvent to be synthesized while using liquid-liquid microextraction method was also characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy and TGA analysis. In addition, the optimization parameters required for the developed microextraction methods were determined. The extraction phases obtained as a result of these methods were analyzed using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
