An examination on euphemistic words in Kyrgyz language

In the first part of the study, the views of evolutionist and creationist thinkers, texts and sociologists' views on the evolution of man and society are included. In the second part, the relationship of human's physical and social structure and geographical conditions with religion and mythology, the emergence of taboos that form the basis of the concept of euphemism are examined, and examples are given that the taboos and old beliefs continue in many parts of the world today by considering the concept of syncretism. In the third chapter, the concept of euphemism is discussed and the definition, types and theoretical views of euphemism are given. In this part of the study, while examples of euphemisms from world languages are included, examples of euphemisms from the written and visual media are also briefly examined, and euphemisms in old Turkish texts such as Divan-ı Lügati't-Türk are mentioned. Since the euphemisms in Kyrgyz Turkish are discussed, in the fourth chapter, views on the origin of the name Kyrgyz, history, language, literature of the Kyrgyz Turkssocio-cultural structure is mentioned. In the fifth chapter, the euphemisms in Kirgiz Turkish are examined. Since it is not possible to include all the euphemisms in Kyrgyz Turkish, and for a more understandable analysis, the word and words that have been identified, categorized and analyzed in tables. It is possible to say that the euphemisms is a concept that reflects the structure of a society. From the euphemisms discussed, inferences have been made, for example, whether the perspective of a widow is positive or negative.
