Crisis management process, a case study: Soma disaster

This Project has been designed for assess the problems and examine all details about crisis and crisis management which is vital all areas today. The case study method has been used and mine accidents occured in Soma were examined. In the first part of this project, description of crisis and all dimensions of crisis will be searched. At the same time, all negative and positive affects of crisis will be appreciated. In second part; For effective management processes details of an occured crisis will be evaluated. During crisis management, operation of private and public corporations will be investigated. In third part; crisis and crisis management processes will be analysed about mine disaster that occured last year in Soma.
