Abstract (EN)
In this study, knitted cotton fabric was dyed in the exhaust dyeing method withRed HF-6BN (C.I. 195) which is a heterobifunctional reactive dye containingmonochlorotrazine and vinylsulphone groups different parameters were studiedsuch as salt, alkali, time and temperature and optimum dyeing conditions weredetermined. At the end of dyeing; washing, friction, light and color fastness testswere done and expected good results were obtained. L, a, b values were evaluatedin the three dimension color scale and red color was observed for color yield, K/Sand âE* parameters were found by spectrophotometric method and theseparameters were compared with those in the literature parameters.Key Words : Reactive dyes, fastness, exhaust
