Educational status of rural areas and mobile education Eskişehir-Alpu rural example

For the education status of the rural area, primary education forms the way of looking to the education. From this point of view, education status of the primary schools creates the view of evaluation of the primary schools in the rural area. Mobile education is the locking point that opens from outside to inside for the primary education window. Rural area is in the ?Application of Mobile Primary Education?, with the wide spreading of 8 years primary education.Purpose of this research is, to look to the status of education in the rural area from the point of 8 years compulsory education, to figure out the effects of bussing schooling on the rural area in terms of problems and to propose solutions to these problems. In this research, survey was used for the data collection. Conceptual framework, problem area, method, findings and comment, result and suggestions. Literature was studied, laws, regulations and sources were examined for this research. Results about the variables of the attributes of the participants of the research, frequency and percentage distributions were showed on the related charts. Statistical analyses were made with the SPSS program. For examining the effects of variables on the bussing schooling students, Kay-Kare Test was applied by taking samples from bussing schooling students and city center students. Universe of the research is 7 managers, 47 teachers and 210 students who were chosen by the sample method from the primary schools, which are bussing schooling center, and not bussing schooling center from Eskişehir province, Alpu town of the 2010-2011 educational year. 150 students of the 210 students were bussing schooling students and 60 of them were chosen randomly from the city center students.Key Words: Rural Area, Rural Education, Mobile Education, Primary Education
