Agent provocateur

Our thesis named ?Agent Provocateur? is composed of three chapters. The main reason of choosing this subject as the subject of our thesis is to determine the place of Agent Provocateur within the institution of criminal law and to introduce the effects of the figure in terms of policy of crime.The first chapter discusses the identity of Agent Provocateur and provocative agency under the heading ?conceptual framework and provocative agency?. The second chapter evaluates provocative agency within the context of complicity in a crime, crime of attempt and justification. The last chapter considers the compromise between provocative agency and the rule of law, the problems caused by interferences of Agent Provocateur in terms of criminal procedure and criminal liability while inciting or stimulating another to do a particular deed or when someone is aroused to act in a particular manner; this is the act to provoke.
