Abstract (EN)
Several prognostic factors for lung cancers are emphasized in recent years . Although KHAK is highly sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy , prognostic factors have become more impor-tant because of the lack of positive results such as other diseases in survival extension studies . Dise-ase stage from prognostic factors is a proven independent factor. It was confirmed by the studies .Many deterministic randomized studies should be performed for other prognostic fac-tors.Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Medicine Department of Medical Oncology, as well as prognostic factors that can be used in SCLC, chemotherapy treatment, we want to determine the effect of radiotherapy on prognosis in thoracal limited disease. Our study is a retrospective study. The study included 60 patients diagnosed as SCLC between 2012 and 2018. Two of the cases were female and 59 were male.Sixty one patients with SCLC between 2012 and 2018 were included in the study. Two of the cases were female and 58 were male. The mean age of the patients was 66, 36. The prognostic factors in the study were evaluated for survival. Survival rates were expressed with Kaplan-Meier tables. As a result, there was no prognostic value of sex and blood group, whereas advanced stage, metastasis and progression decreased survival, prophylactic radiotherapy, chemoradiotherapy and palliative radiotherapy increased survival. In addition, LDH, ALT, AST, ALP, NEU increase, while decreasing survival, EOS, LYM, MONO levels were observed to increase survival. There was no correlation between Sodium, Calcium, Chlorine, Creatinine and Albumin levels and survival.Stage, diagnosis age and response to treatment were evaluated as independent prognostic factors for SCLC.In this study, it was confirmed that radiotherapy and survi-val rates of patients with limited stage increased significantly.Prophylactic radiotherapy with prolon-ged disease in patients with limited disease in thorax and complete remission was found to prolong survival. These results were similar to the other studies. Keywords: Small cell lung cancer, diagnosis , prognosis , stage, survival
