Absence of standard profession at furniturefinishing processes workshops in Turkey and Europe caused difficulties.Besides, this situation affects furniture finishing processes workshopsinstitutionalization negatively. In our country, furniture finishing processesworkshops are institutionalized by different names. For example: VarnishesRoom, Dyers Room and Lacquerers? Room. But there is not anyinstitutionalization around the country. It is determined that furniture finishingprocesses workshops which serve as branch workshops are populated inAnkara, İstanbul, Bursa, Kayseri and İzmir. According to results of this study,basic problems seen country?s furniture finishing processes workshops can beordered like these. Related to workshops; transportation, illumination, heating,airing problems of dust forming from inside and outside of workshops, relatedto production process; economical absence, technological hardware absence,disruption at production because of absence of skilled staff and related toWorkers? productive power; absences oriented towards workers? health andpersonal justice.
