Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the place of emotional design in user experience (UX) design and to reveal the effect of interactive design elements on user perception and user loyalty. The extent to which emotional elements are effective in the interaction of digital products with the user was investigated. The study was conducted using the descriptive survey model, which is classified as one of the quantitative research methodologies. During the research, conclusions were reached through the analysis of pre-existing data conducted without any form of intervention. The data source used in this study was derived from website visitor information obtained through the Google Analytics platform. An evaluation was made on various metrics, including the number of site visitors, traffic sources, session durations and statistics on page views in the specified four-month period. Emotional design is a factor that enriches the user experience not only at the functional level but also at the emotional level. Interactive design elements are strategic tools that directly affect users' perception and loyalty to the product. Therefore, it is recommended to prioritize emotional and interactive dimensions in user experience design. Keywords: Emotional Design, Interactive Design, User Experience, User Perception
