The Importance of art education programme in acordance with the cultural life and its effect to art

Beginning from in the middle of nineteenth (19th) century, in the countries that being industrial process, it hasseen and observed, a large crowded people has increasingly interested in art education. The compenents of creativenes and freedom of the essence of art has seen as a solution to the problem of mechanization and being monotonous. It has been thought very important that people can be sensitive to the environment, seeking for neatness for his world and to increase the esthetics value what he wears with art education. Also it has been thought, it's possible to be able to some affirmative changes by art education studies which was given education programme. It is naturel to indicate some similarities between the aim of art education studies which was given differently every countries. The differences; shown in the countries of the cultural life causes different applications of art education which was given at schools, economic, enviromental and cultural comprehension. In the research, the improvement of the art education was mentioned first, and the iprovement of the formal and informal education during the republic period and the last situation it's reached recently was explained. In the second part of the research; we mentioned about negatory parts our cultural life, the application differences of art education between other west countries and the other reasons. It has been thought, we can scrutinize and update by means of congenial programme with european union. In this research, it is applied (documantary-combing method) in the analysis of the. information.
