Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of six chapters. In the first chapter, historical development of related notions of the subject is mentoined. In the second chapter, some basic definitions, notations and theorems related to our study are given. In the third chapter, the relalionship between newly defined Wijsman strongly lacunary summable, Wijsman strongly Cesàro summable and Wijsman almost convergence for sequence of sets is discussed. In the fourth chapter, after introducing the concept of Wijsman lacunary statistical convergence the relationship between this concept and Wijsman statistical convergence is given. In the fifth chapter, Cauchy criteria for sequence of real numbers is extended to the Wijsman lacunary statistical convergence and its equivalence to Wijsman lacunary statistical convergence is proved. Also, summability properties of Wijsman lacunary statistical convergent sequences are examined in this chapter. In the sixth chapter which is the last chapter, the concept of Wijsman lacunary statistical summability is defined and its relationship with Wijsman lacunary statistical convergence is discussed.
