Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the effect of ICT clusters on marketing performance of the companies in the cluster is revealed. The concept of clustering, which is an important tool in today's intense competition conditions, its development, actors, advantages, approaches, life cycle and types, and the ICT sector are demonstrated by using the literature and ICT sector clusters are discussed. It is observed that ICT companies included in clustering activities are more successful in terms of marketing performance. The thesis will be useful in terms of knowing the relationship between clustering and marketing performance and enabling businesses to focus on clustering activities.
