The concept of sidq in the Holy Qoran

The concept of Sidq is one of the important terms of Qoran. It is used in place of 155 in the Holy Qoran with different variants. In order to explain the message of these concepts presented exactly, it must be studied as a single.Our thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a result. In the first chapter, concept of Sidq has been analyzed in terms of semantics. This concept has similarity with many words in Quran in terms of meaning. The concept of sidq which was used before revelation of Qoran has been investigated by different Islamic sciences such Islamic Theology and Islamic Mysticism after Qoran.Second part of the thesis was allocated to analyze of concept of sidq in terms of belief and individual behaviors. The words of tasdîq and musaddiq are regarded at this part. In addition to, the individual aspects of sidq are examinated. The characteristics necessaried of people whom Qoran named them sâdiq an siddîq are mentioned at this part.In the third chapter the social aspects of the sidq. Concept of sidq is analyzed in terms of charity which is mentioned help expenditures, friendship and marriage which is the root of dowries has been investigated with connection of Sidq.As a result, Sıdq which is expressed as truthfulness in Turkish, managing all areas of life is a central location. That?s a principle of Qoran that must be taken into account in all behaviours.
