In this study, "The Impact of Qira'at Differences on Meaning and Interpretation" within the Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meâl ve Tefsir is examined. One of the fundamental elements in understanding and interpreting the Qur'an is the conjunction of tafsir and qira'at. Grasping the influence of qira'at variations on meaning accurately is of critical importance for a holistic and correct comprehension of the Qur'an's message. The study comprises two sections. In the first section, after a general introduction to the Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meâl ve Tefsir attention is drawn to qira'at concepts within the tafsir, the history of qira'at, and the process of the Qur'an's revelation, its recitation and transmission. The approach of the Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meâl ve Tefsir, prepared by the Presidency of Religious Affairs to these subjects and how it addresses them is emphasized. In the second section, verses in the Qur'an that feature qira'at differences are analyzed within the context of examples provided in the Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meâl ve Tefsir. This section is directly related to the thesis topic. Comprehensive insights are presented on how the relevant verses are interpreted based on different qira'at perspectives. The nuances of qira'at differences and the potential effects of these nuances on meaning and message are conveyed to the reader, coupled with the arguments and evidences provided by the tafsir. The consequences of qira'at differences reflected in the tafsir are elucidated with examples. Upon reviewing the literature in the field of qira'at, no other study offering a qira'at analysis from the perspective of Kur'an Yolu Türkçe Meâl ve Tefsir can be identified. This thesis aims to fill a gap in the literature by addressing the tafsir's approach to qira'at topics.
