Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to examine the psychological effects of disruptive passenger behavior on the flight crew in the aviation sector. Data for this cross-sectional field research were collected using a convenience sampling method and a survey as the data collection tool. The data obtained from a total of 202 individuals were analyzed using statistical software packages. The analysis results revealed that disruptive passenger behavior increases both the internal and external entrapment feelings of flight personnel, as well as job stress. This study also demonstrated that external entrapment feeling mediates the increase in job stress.
