Abstract (EN)

In today's technology, foundries have moved away from human initiative from charging the raw material to the production of the final product and started casting with computerized systems. Engineers for high quality product design, stabilization of quality, low cost production, development of mass production methods; They should aim to reach the cheapest and most accurate by knowing the manufacturing methods, superiorities and limits in detail. The main purposes of this thesis are to enter the system data in the most accurate way during the production of spheroidal graphite ductile cast iron with the magnesium cored wire system, to know the relationships between these inputs and to present their superiority over other production methods. Experimental study, after the adjustment of the carbon, silica and furnace outlet temperature of the liquid raw iron in the induction furnace, it is brought to the wire system station and the ladle is treated there, pouring the samples into copper molds, spectral analysis of the samples, microstructure analysis, interpretation of the microstructure, tabulating the wire system data from the system and Mg yield was calculated in the most accurate way and supported by graphics.
