Abstract (EN)

Radicalism, terrorism and security issues are the issues that come to the fore worldwide today. It is possible to encounter such problems, especially in today's developed societies. The basis for this lies in the underdevelopment of some societies. When viewed today, three underdeveloped societies come to the fore. These are Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria. When we look at these three countries, we encounter these three problems. Especially in the context of terrorism, these three countries stand out worldwide. The general infrastructure of countries comes to the fore in the context of development. Inadequate infrastructure in this area eventually causes imbalance in society. Moreover, such imbalances trigger chaos in society in general. Today, there are many problems in these three countries, which are generally underdeveloped. When looked at from a broad perspective, there are such problems in most places in the context of Middle Eastern countries. There are many sources of inadequate infrastructures and formations in the Middle East-based areas. Such elements generally cause societies to be adorned with different structures. Chief among these is terrorism. However, there is also a security problem in the establishment of terrorism. Against these, radical structures and formations also come to the fore. However, such radical structures and discourses do not gain much power in these three countries. All of this does not go further than just a certain discourse. In general terms, every social structure contains certain differences. Security comes first among these. Security is an important infrastructure for every society. Lack of security means chaos in societies. This is exactly the situation that prevails in these three countries. The existing infrastructures along these axis have also weakened. When we look at the West and the East today, certain differences stand out. Development comes first among these differences. The level of social development and welfare varies from society to society. Existing infrastructures exactly on this axis come into play. In other words, when we look at the Middle East, it is not possible to have an infrastructure developed in this axis. Moreover, this is true for many countries. This situation naturally feeds terrorism. Terrorism exists in many areas around the world today. However, the interaction of terrorism is not the same in all areas. When we look at Afghan lands today, we notice that many structures have emerged in the context of terrorism. All these structures generally mean that a country becomes increasingly weaker and declines further. This situation comes to the fore more in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria. If we look at the context of these three countries, the ethnic structure has been severely damaged. Socially, infrastructure has become very problematic. Moreover, these infrastructures eventually forced the people to migrate. Because the people found hope in migration. This is also the case for many countries that are generally underdeveloped. In other words, migrating and starting a different life is a salvation for them. Today, there are many Afghan, Iraqi and Syrian immigrants migrating around the world.
