The effects and probable results of globalization fact on Turkish state structure

The process of globalization has a structure which effects the life wholly in todays world. At this point, globalization is a social, cultural, economical, political and juriducal process which states the removal of national boundaries and integration of the countries with each other. Turkey, like ohter countries under the effects of globalization, fulfilled its structural transformation in obtaining integration with the world. At this direction, the scaffolding of the investigation designated under three main parts. In the first chapter of the thesis study; different attempts of definition of the globalization idiom are explanied in the frame of the idiom?s historical background. Seprately, as a process, globalization?s historical development is expressed. Alongside with this, the factors which have a role in globalization?s birth and rapidly growth are stated in details. Finally, different approaches which are brought forward to the process of globalization are stated. In the second chapter of the study; the concept of liberalism which gains rapidity and a new perspective to the globalization especially after 1980, is explained with its all components. The interactions constructed by liberal policies through the history of Turkey are also stated. The effects and the results of neo-liberal policies in Turkey?s structral transformation which are put into practice according to ?24 January Economical Decisions? especially after 1980, are stated. In the third chapter of the study; the effects and the contributions of international organizations to Turkey?s structural transformation in global integration are cleared. 0n addition to this, the foundations like World Bank, IMF, World Trade Organization, OECD and European Union and these foundations construction aims and their movement areas are explained. At the end; managerial reformations are stadied in the system of Turkish Public Management.
