The effect of the financial policies in Azerbaijan to the income distribution, in the process of globalization

In recent years at the world economy we are experiencing process of globalization at high level. Azerbaijan was out of this process until getting freedom in 1991. With globalization especially developing countries faced with difficulties and have to follow tight financial policies. Many International organizations tried to help them to overcome this period.Developing countries have problems in terms of stability. That?s why beside getting control over countries economy, also they are not able to apply and insist their economical policies.As new country Azerbaijan felt the effect of globalization at very high level while shifting its economy to the free economy. Until 2000 Azerbaijan tried to take under control its economy and after 2000 it started to grow and be an important country of the region. The main topic of our research is how successful Azerbaijan with implementing financial politics and division of income between the citizens.In this study, the development of fiscal policy in history, the ideas of the economists at the finance history, goals and tools of fiscal policy was examined. Beside analyzing the concept of income distribution and its types we examined effects of globalization and fiscal policy to the income distribution. Also Azerbaijan?s overall economic structure and the development of this country?s income distribution has been investigated.Finally we tried to reveal the effects of financial politics to distribution of income of Azerbaijan, after freedom.Key Words: 1) Distribution of Income, 2) Azerbaijan, 3) Financial Policies
