Abstract (EN)

If especially, the last twenty five years is taken into consideration, we come across with the globalization discourse including Neo-liberal politics. This approach has portrayed an significant role during 1980's and it can be considered as re-evaluation of liberalism superficially. The social realities that lead to the surfacing of Neo-liberal politics, its similarities and differences compared to liberalism should be examined concerning its place in globalization discourse. Neo-liberalism identifies itself as an ideology of globalization. In this sense, Capitalism endevours to recover and improve itself as a consequence of the crisis in liberalism. In this period, called New World Order, neo-liberal politics places itself primarily in the new order that is considered to be founded.
