Abstract (EN)

Corporate culture is an important concept that reflects the values, beliefs, and way of doing business within organizations, guiding their success and strategies. Nowadays, companies are expected to embrace a corporate values system that is customer-oriented, sustainable, and innovative, while supporting their employees, stakeholders, and adding value to society. In this context, companies need to develop contemporary perspectives on innovation and institutionalize their new capabilities, particularly in relation to practices that contribute to society. Companies that prioritize social issues and internalize global concerns such as the environment, climate change, and human rights stand out in terms of long-term competitiveness and sustainability. One of the key concepts that enables companies to adopt this strategic outlook is social innovation. In Turkey, it is valuable for industrial organizations, in particular, to embrace this concept as a core value and part of their corporate culture, not only for the benefit it brings to society but also for the changing performance criteria, future workforce, long-term competitiveness, and sustainability. The general aim of this study is to examine how social innovation is perceived as a component of corporate culture within the value maps of companies and to propose a model for culture communication management. The population of the study consists of companies listed in the ISO 2021 list, with a sample comprising 64 companies that have defined their corporate values.
