Abstract (EN)

At the end of the 20th century, the world countries have started to use eGovernment applications to provide public services in a more effective and efficent way by benefiting from developments information and communication technologies.World economy has witnessed an important change and transformation and the changes in dynamics of technologies has spreaded in administration processes which caused impacts on socioeconomic structres of the societies. With the implementation of eGovernment projects there have been major changes in efficiency,productivity,transparency and participation.This new structure of public administration has presented important expansions for all countries and led them to have resources for reorganization of administrative mechanisms and apparatuses.
