Abstract (EN)

The reputation is an important resource for the organizations. Also it has an important position in the relationship between organizations and the internal/external stakeholders of the organizations. The employees ,who are one of the internal stakeholders of the organizations, have strategic importance about the surviving of the organizations. This study analyzes the effect of the perception of the corporate reputation on the intention to stay in an organization. This study is implemented on the 175 voluntary employees who work at the non-profit organization in İstanbul. The non-profit organization is operating throughout Turkey. The perception of the corporate reputation, organizational commitment, organizational identification and the intention to stay in an organization were determined by using of the scales. According to research results, the corporate reputation has a positive relationship with organizational commitment, organizational identification and the intention to stay in an organization.
