Abstract (EN)
The traditional goals of companies have always been maximizing profit and survival. However, nowadays with globalization and the existence of consumers which are more and more attentive to the responsible behavior of companies, it has become imperative for companies to take into account the environment and the growing social problems. Based on the definition of CSR related to sustainable development, this study aims to highlight the effects of CSR on the purchasing behavior of consumers. In this study, we measured the perceived three-dimensional CSR already used by Alvarado-Harrera et al. (2014) such as economic, social and environmental responsibility. Using the survey technique, we collected 470 responses for data analysis. The results showed that consumers were attentive to the various responsible behaviors of companies. These results have also shown that the commitment of companies to social responsibility activities has a positive effect on consumers' purchasing intentions.
