Abstract (EN)

One of the long standing and biggest powered empire of the history of the Ottoman Empire, which existed during the period commanded three mainland. Ottoman Empire founded on strong empire tradition and reached all govarnance to the highest level. Tolerance policy with that of monitoring peoples from all languages, religions, races and cultures over the centuries to live in peace and consider this as a duty made state structure sat on the strong justice structure.In Ottoman?s law system justice is most important corporation that is organizing societies social life. The finest indicator of this is firstly assigning Muslim judge as a state officer.Muslim judges holded law court registers and these are the most beyond doubt first hand resources for history investigations. Until examining law court registers Ottoman Empires politic, administritative and social history can not be proved. This resources are belongs to definite regions that they show local differences and if all are examined contribution to general detection will come.Our research subject is ?law court registers belongs to Kütahya city, 108 Numbered?s and with its appraising records holded period in Kütahya and its districts local peoples traditions, place names, people names, assigning officers and that periods incidents knowledge will be learned.Main base of our study is learning Kütahya cities social lifes and political presence and so contribution to Ottoman Empires general structures researchKey Words: Şer?i, mazbata, bidayet, müttefikan
