Abstract (EN)

The Sher?i Registers are also great important in studies of Ottoman history. They give a lot of information about of its belong to the period in terms of lighting. In this study, 21 numbered sher?i regster of Kutahya, belong to date of 1254-1255, is invesdigated.In the 21 numbered Sher?i register of Kutahya, which is choosen as study for our ınvestigation, consist of transcription and information about of tereke, i?lam, Ma?ruzat, ferman, kanunname, buyruldu, berat and hüccet. These papers include to everyday life like as miras paylaşımı, boşanma ve nafaka, alacak tahsili, şikayet and incase that like as records of ferman and kanunname bring out at determination of Kutahya which is contain all of the state.Inspected book showed that the peoples had lifed with respect to own custum and conserved like as their properties, name of hometown v.s. a lot of things which is belong to them. An other very important point is scoical structer of Ottoman Empire and importance given to structur of family. On the other hand the date of record to the book explain everyday life is reflected politic, social and economc states. Analyzing of Sher?i register are very important and necesessery both explain the unknown about of history and to light the way for life of present. This study is examined in order to contribute to research of Ottoman history. I would like to thanks to both Assist.
