The transcription and analysis of the 86 numbered Sher?i Register of Kütahya (chapter 1)

Historical research in the Ottoman archives were written between the period of Şer`iye record in terms of lighting is also extremely important document. In this study, belonging to the 1310-1312 year, Miladi 1891-1894 years of 86 Number of Kütahya Şer`iye Court Records Book (Chapter 1) were investigated.Kütahya Şer`iye Court Records as working in seven numbered (Chapter 1) estate, i`lâm, ordinance, lawletter, was commanted, the charter documents are transcribed and evaluated.With this book we examine the record of Kütahya in the period register of social, economic, political and administrative terms, if the location of some the information is limited about.Examination of Şer`iye Court Records, these archives contain documentes that they have their issues in terms of the diversity and of both past and present shed light elucidation of unknown terms is extremely important and necessary.This study in Ottoman history and research examined in order to conrtribute to researchers.Key Words: Hüccet, il?am, Tereke, Şer?iyye Sicil
