The relations between husband and wife within the framework of the kütüb-i sitte

This thesis contains relations between spouses that form basis of family and rights of each other on them.In this study utilized Kutub-i Sitte which is the most reliable source after Quran. This study consists of two parts. First part contains relations of husband and wife and second part contains rights of spouses to each other.In this study utilized fifteen hadith commentary and current sources.Hadiths regarding the relationships between spouses emphasize worship, sexual life, social life, morality and rights. This shows us that Hz. Muhammed became a model and gave us suggestions about relationship between husband and wife.Hadiths show us that peace between the spouses is possible with to fulfill the responsibilities of each party.
