Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study emerged and matured during the Cold War, is to handle the events. Events occur, the start of the Cold War that lasted until 1959, and analyzed the causes of the First and the Second World War, Conferences, and after the period of the Cold War, laid the foundations of the ideas and create an environment of ideological differences.
