Three dimensional visual planning in coastal zone areas

First of all, conceptual knowledge about global building styles and esthetics is explained in this thesis, then it?s connected with the subject of 3 dimensional visual perception in coastal zone areas. Building styles are described as art trends which are dependent on global social structures. Previous understanding of the protection of coastal zone building and urban design styles are inspected and introduced to the reader. Designing should be effected by full knowledge of environmental protection. This is the basic principle of this thesis. Therefore, last century?s protection trends are compared with ideologies of designers and planners. It?s possible to introduce numeric limitations, creating systems and rules in coastal zone management. However, there is not a clear technical method for controlling visual beauty or esthetic just with laws. If esthetic could be perceived uniquely in a visual way and planned on three dimensional circumstances and connected on network system to approved by other professions, managements and conflict groups then it would possible to adapt it to coastal zone management norms and forms. Coastal Zone Management acts as like as conductor and manages all different instrument for one harmony. Pop, classic, arabesque, rock, jazz shouldn?t be in disorderness. This similarity is valid for art trends and building styles too. There should be a harmony on building stylization too which has to be under coastal management system. And the best controlling way on building system is three dimensional planning. Afterwards on continuinig chapters; disconnect issues and their harmful damages between conflict groups, designes and management authorities is inspected which is oriented on coastal zones. On this thesis, conseptional approach is brought up for these three groups on purpose with managing and controlling them with coastal zone rules. This model suggests network system between coastal managers, govermental societies and other proffessions. Planning process decides building rules from the scale of the city, and this effects the coastal zone management directly. For this reason managing, planning and designing should work together to form a consciousness of environmental protection. What that mean is, everybody should play music just for harmony depends on their orchestra with regarding disorder and disorganize finals. In addition, California State?s Coastal Zone Management model is shown as an commentless example of coastal planning which comes after protection trends.
