Resignation and exclusion from partnership in limited companies

Limited Company, due to the ease of its establishment and the limited liability of partners, is the most common type of business company both globally and in our country. Although the Limited Company is defined as a commercial company within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC), the personal characteristics of the partners are more prominent. The connection among partners is stronger and based on a trust relationship. Therefore, the departure and expulsion of partners from the company hold special significance.Our study focuses on the issue of leaving and being expelled from limited companies, which is a form of separation. In the Limited Company, partnership, the rights and obligations of partners, as well as the situations of departure and expulsion, are examined, along with the separation allowance.
