Analysis of the effects of logistics performance on customer satisfaction

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the effects of logistics performance on consumer satisfaction. In today's competitive conditions, intellectual capital (ideas formed in employees, processes and customers), which has a very important place, makes it necessary for both public institutions and businesses to make positive discrimination in order to make the most of the talents of female employees and to create a business environment where women can balance their private lives and work. The population of this research is The universe of this research; Omega Global International Transport , Logistics Ltd Sti Responsible for the logistics department of 520 customer businesses operating in the company. The scales used in obtaining the data of the research are; "Logistics performance scale" and "customer satisfaction scale". Reliability analyses, frequency analyses, regression analyses and ANOVA analyses were applied to the data obtained from the questionnaires with the help of SPSS 21 programme. As a result of the analyses, a positive statistical significance was found between the logistics performance of the enterprises and the satisfaction of the customers.
