Abstract (EN)
Desloratadine compound, which is a third generation antihistaminic was synthesised by basic hydrolysis of loratadine. The different solvents mixtures and different substrat ratious were used to obtain various polimorphic structures of desloratadine. Their structures have been determined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectral technics. The polimorphic structures of desloratadines elucidated by x-ray diffraction method and by DSC.Key Words: Loratadin, desloratadine, antihistamin
