Abstract (EN)
Globalization and the new economy policy, social and political movements, cyclical fluctuations directly affect business. In accordance with this effects business have to make an effort to provide their operating activities. Business in which to compete their own rivals both national and international market they need to employ accountant and tax professional to calculate income and expense, to pay tax liabilities and to integrate legal and taxational innovations to business policy. For this reason, responsibilities of accountants and tax professionals increase. A members of professions have to keep in step with technological changes and legislative regulations. These persons keep in touch with the government and any of the business while working. They don't have to waste of time. As a result of all these reason and the pressure of time they have to sacrifice their family and own life. In this situation their job attitude and satisfaction effect negative. For this reason, it need to examine job satisfaction and attitude levels of members of profession. In this study examined the demographic factors affect job satisfaction in TRA1 Level 2 region. To reach this purpose it has carried out the questionnaire developed by Appleton et all. (1998). The data obtained from questionnaire analyzed by using Frequency analysis, explanatory factor analysis, independent sample T Test, One-way ANOVA, Multiple comparisons test (LSD). As a result of these analysis from the point of 'relationship between in the same job', working hours has the highest average. As a demographic variable; age, marital status and job year, the job satisfaction level differ from other variables. Professional liability In terms of marital status mans has lower job satisfaction key to women. In terms of income variables differs educational levels. As a last result in terms of income members of professions has a lowest satisfaction level in Bayburt in comparison with Erzurum, Erzincan.
