Electronic conversion process of Ministry of Finance and reviewing of electronic finance practices

In today's World, the development of internet and information technologies has pushed the governments to use electronic applications in services that they offer to the societies, and this obligation accelerates the transition process of electronic government services ("e-government"), such as "e-devlet" in Turkey. E-government in Turkey, developed in parallel with the technological infrastructure and information technologies all over the world. Thanks to this sweeping technology; Countries made a breakthrough onto be an e-government. In this thesis study, the subject of electronical applications that used in the progress of e-government transformation in the World and Turkey was treated and the researches about the subject, generally focus on the practices in the World and the beginnings and results of them. After that, these researches continued with the practices about e-government and e-Turkey project. At last, the success level in Turkey investigated. The main purpose of these investigations and examinations about e-government applications; is to investigate the beginning and the practice process of these applications which was put in the effect by the Ministry of Finance and Revenue Administration and as a result of these investigations, our main goal is to reach the effects of electronic applications, which was regulated for taxpayers but used by professional accountants, on the economy of country, nature, neighborhood, taxpayers and finally on professional accountants. As you can see below, maybe there is lots of investigations were made and thesis were written about the electronic government services which was putted in the effect by Revenue Administration Office of Ministry of Finance and these studies also gave lots of idea to this study, but there is no any other investigation which examine almost all electronic government applications like our thesis study.
