Abstract (EN)

It is assumed that there are more than 10000 varieties of the vine in the world, which is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. For this reason, it is very important to correctly identify the homonyms, synonyms and the plant in vine cultivation. In this study, ampelographic properties were measured in leaf samples from Sika, Sultan1, Sultan7, Razaki, Akhisar Razaki and Mevlana cultivars obtained from Manisa Viticulture Research Institute collection vineyards and it was aimed to determine the genetic similarity among cultivars with 14 ISSR primers. Total of 14 primers were used, and 10 of them were given scorable bands bands and 77 bands were found to be polymorphic. The closest varieties according to Euclidean Distance Matrix were found as Razaki and Mevlana and the most distant varieties were Mevlana and Sultan 1 while the genetic similarity matrix obtained from Simple Matching Similarity Coefficient, the nearest samples were found to be Razaki and Sultan 1 and the most distant varieties were determined as Sika and Sultan7 with Sika and Mevlana. The ampelographic characteristics and DNA markers can be used successfully in identifying grape varieties and separating synonymous varieties.
