Abstract (EN)
A continuous aeropalynological survey of the atmosphere of Manisa was carried out from January 2007 to January 2008 by means of the gravimetric method using Durham apparatus. During one year, the specimens with glicerin-gelatine in Durham apparatus were placed in place of Hakkı İplikçi and Emekliler park. They were changed once in a week and studied on them. Pollens and spores calendar of Manisa atmosphere have been prepared. The relations of these data with meteorological parameters have been investigated Pollen grains of 48 taxa were identified. Spores grains of 7 taxa were identifield. 31 of them are belong to arboreal plants, and 17 of them are belong to non-arboreal plants. The amounts of spores and pollens in cm² were given in tables and graphs as weekly, monthly. Maximum pollen occurance from fırst to taxa was as fallows; Pinaceae, Cupresseceae/Taxaceae, Platanus orientalis., Olea europaea, Quercus sp., and maximum spor occuranse from fırst to taxa was fallows; Cladosporium spp. and Alternari spp..Key words: Pollen, Spor, Pollen calendar, Manisa
