The priority rights in Trademarks

The priority rights related to trademark request and registration arise from an earlier requesting or registring out of country. Priority right, is the right that have to be used during six months. The convension priority widens and strengthens trademark rights in point of geographic area and the registration priority in point of time period.In this study, explained the term of priority rights in case of different law arrangements, registration of priority rights, features and components of exhibition priority, rules of priority rights.The aim of this study, analyzing priority rights in case of trademark law, determining the process and rules of priority right requesting in light of Supreme Court.
