The Marmaray Project is one of the most important Project which connects European and Asia sides of Istanbul and at the same time continues in main land not only in Istanbul but also in Turkey. The Marmaray Project consists of three separate contracts including the upgrading of existing commuter railway of total length of 76 km at both side of Istanbul (CR1), connection with immersed tunnel of interrupted portion at İstanbul Strait (BC1) and provision of rolling stocks (CR2). Railway Bosphorus Tube Tunnel Crossing (Marmaray) BC1 project is a centennial dream to connect the either side of İstanbul under the Bosphorus. Besides the dream, Marmaray project is also a striking project, that passing through highly populated areas, especially İstanbul Historical Peninsula and location of project is only 16 km away from the active North Anatolian Fault Zone that produced earthquakes with high magnitudes (M>7).The Marmaray Project is formed with three chapters that Sirkeci-Üsküdar under the sea rube tunnel, Üsküdar-Gebze side of the Asia and Sirkeci-Halkalı side of the Europe. When this project is completed, a number of 75000 passengers will be transferred in one hour (in one way). Marmaray BC1 Project is located between Kazlıçeşme (European Side) and Ayrılıkçeşme (Asian Side) with length of 13,5 km. BC1 project consists of 1387m immersed tube, (at an elevation of - 58m, deepest immersed tube in the world), 10 km bored tunnel (double tube), 670 m cut and cover tunnel (stations included), 1790 m retaining fill and cut and at grade structures. A public transport traffic allocation model is used for forecast of future public transport system. Through this model, public transport matrix allocates future public transport system to reduce for the between both of orjin-finish of transport area dual total trip distance and time. Also the freight transportation of Marmaray and the integration with infinite mode systemIt is planned to reduce seriously traffic and transporter system problem for metropol city of Turkey and minimum level transporter period in İstanbul.Key Words : Marmaray Project, immersed tunnel ,cut and cover tunnel
