Abstract (EN)
Purpose of the research, based on the opinions of Duzce Police Department personnel, it is aimed to determine the effect of materialist tendency, job stress, supervisor support, work-family and family-work conflicts on job and life satisfaction. The research population consists of a total of 839 Duzce Police Department employees, 631 working in the center and 208 in the districts. Data were collected between the dates 18.07.2017-15.08.2017. The sample of the study consists of 153 employees in the universe. The data of the study was obtained by the authorities of Düzce Police Department, delivering the surveys to their personnel and delivering them to by taking returns. According to the results of the study, materialist tendency, job stress and work-family and family-work conflict have no statistically significant effect on the job and life satisfaction of the employees. It has been found that supervisor support has a positive effect on job and life satisfaction.
