Abstract (EN)
The Medula (Medical Messenger) System has a very important place in today's healthcare industry. The system includes reporting, e-prescription, HIS (Hospital Information Management System), e-medical, and e-pharmacy drug systems. All these systems are open to security and privacy violations; Ensuring the security of the data it contain is mandatory by patient privacy and social security institution payments. There are constant cyber attacks against the Medula System. Cyber attacks will cause e-signature, e-reporting, and e-pharmacy systems to fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. This may cause patient data to be changed, thus endangering the patient's life and causing financial loss to the state. This study is planned to make the Medula System more reliable, its control architecture more unique, its patient interaction power faster, and access to both medicine and medical infrastructure more economical by using Blockchain. It is anticipated that the Medula System will provide a more reliable, more economical, and more ergonomic infrastructure to the healthcare system by taking advantage of the superior features of Blockchain.
