Abstract (EN)

The media, one of the most used concepts today, now covers almost all of the mass media. Many underground programs are being prepared in the media sector. Sports discussion programs are one of them. Sports discussion programs are media programs that transmit to target groups of sports events that develop in different branches. There are many comments, conclusions and interviews on the programs in sports that attract people's attention in general. Quality function migration is a simple application that transforms user requests into manageable and measurable numeric figures, thus helping to improve the quality of service and production parts, subsystems and the resulting process as a result. Quality function migration basically allows a firm to look at the need to move a quality level to a better point in a process and to develop the process at a certain level. Quality management is provided by extracting matrices and schedules with the application. In summary, it is seen that the application of quality function migration has been successfully implemented when the wishes of employees are taken into account in the preparation of sports discussion programs in the media sector. In order to improve the quality of the program, it is seen that the slightest improvement in the conditions of effective and strong communication, good quality, ergonomic, clean and aesthetic material, budget and fee calculation, expectation of the target group and availability of broadcast time zone positively affect the quality of the program .
